Carrot Avo Soup

DETOX, GLUTEN-FREE, PALEO, PLANT-BASED, VEGAN, WHOLE 30


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups carrot juice

  • 1/2 large avocado

  • 1/2 cup cilantro, plus a few for garnish

  • 1 tsp Serrano pepper

  • 1 tsp EVOO

  • fresh cracked white pepper

  • pepitas to garnish


DIRECTIONS

  • Blend all ingredients and serve chilled with a drizzle of EVOO.

  • Garnish with pepitas, cilantro, and white pepper.
