Salt 'N' Peppa Shrimp
ENTERTAINING, GLUTEN-FREE, INDULGENCE, RECIPES
INGREDIENTS
1 lb wild-caught shrimp
1 cup rice crumbs
1 tb peppa seasoning @convivial_spice
3 sliced jalapeños or serranos
4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
1 lime
DIRECTIONS
Defrost shrimp & pat dry.
Coat shrimp in rice crumbs & peppa seasoning.
Sauté garlic & chili peppers in avocado oil until brown; remove and set aside
In the same oil fry the shrimp until golden & crispy.
Flip & add back chilies & garlic & finish with a squeeze of lime & sea salt.
